Since many of our products involve customization and branding, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and customer-friendly.

📌 1. Products Eligible for Return or Replacement

We offer returns or replacements only in the following cases:

✔ Damaged or Defective Product

If a product arrives broken, damaged, or defective, you may request a replacement.

✔ Wrong Product Delivered

If the product delivered does not match your confirmed order.

📌 2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Because we specialize in custom-branded gifting, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items (logo engraved, printed, embroidered, etc.)

  • Products altered based on client requirements

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Delays caused by courier partners (replacement not applicable)

However, if the customized item arrives damaged, we will replace it.

📌 3. Reporting an Issue

To initiate a replacement request, please contact us within:

24–48 hours of delivery

Send the following details to our support team:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos/video of the product issue

  • Package unboxing video (helpful for damage verification)

This helps us resolve the matter quickly with our logistics team.

📌 4. Replacement Process

Once your issue is verified:

  • We arrange a free replacement dispatch

  • Replacement timelines depend on product availability and customization requirements

  • For bulk orders, your gift consultant will coordinate end-to-end support

📌 5. Refunds

Since most products are customized, refunds are generally not provided.
Refunds may be approved only if:

  • A paid order cannot be fulfilled from our end

  • A replacement is not possible due to product unavailability

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

📌 6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved:

  • Return shipping cost will be covered by Prestige Giftworks for damaged/wrong orders

  • For other eligible cases (rare), customers are responsible for shipping charges
